The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is an important part of our school. It unites parents and teachers for the benefit of our students. PTA financially supports, organizes, and staffs many programs that make our school great, including: Reflections, Student Recognition, Red Ribbon Week, Teacher Appreciation, Education Support Programs, Maturation, Vision Screenings, Field Trips, Spirit Nights, Book Fair, Field Day, and MORE!!!
Our Mission
The mission of the Utah PTA is three-fold:
PTA will strengthen its role in shaping the local, state and national agenda for the health, education, and welfare of children. PTA will enter the future with the diversity of the state represented and reflected in its membership, responding to the needs of its members, refined in its governance structure, strengthened in its leadership, and fiscally sound. PTA effectiveness and accountability will result in a substantial increase in both the number and commitment of its members. Positive social change will occur through PTA involvement in child advocacy, parenting education and educational reform.
